1. Reserving Your Spot

To secure your spot for our social volleyball session, simply make your booking in advance. Your spot will be confirmed once booking is received.

2. Booking Deadline

Booking must be made at least 48 hours before the event to confirm your spot. If booking is not received on time, your spot may be offered to another player.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund at the club’s discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed after the event has finished.

4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

5. Social and Friendly Games

This is a social volleyball event focused on having fun, meeting new people, staying active, and enjoying the game together.

Players of different skill levels are welcome. Everyone is encouraged to be friendly, inclusive, supportive, and respectful. The focus is on having a good time rather than competitive results.

6. Health and Fitness

Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in outdoor volleyball activities. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please seek medical advice before joining.

7. Proper Clothing and Footwear

Players should wear comfortable sports clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Beach volleyball may be played barefoot, while park volleyball players should wear suitable sports shoes depending on the playing surface.

Players are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and other sun protection.

8. Outdoor Conditions and Safety

As this is an outdoor social event, players should be aware of potential risks such as uneven ground, sand, slippery surfaces, sun exposure, heat, and changing weather conditions.

Players are responsible for staying hydrated, protecting themselves from the sun, and playing safely.
